SACRAMENTAL CERTIFICATES/RECORDS

A few things to know if you need proof showing that you have received your sacraments:

  • If you were baptized at Saint Mary Catholic Community, we will always be your church of record. This means that we will have records of all your sacraments, regardless of where you may have received your First Communion, Confirmation, or Marriage.
  • If you were baptized elsewhere, but received your First Communion, Confirmation, or were Married at Saint Mary Catholic Community, we will only be able to provide you with record for that specific sacrament(s) you received here.
  • We do not charge any fees for sacramental records requests.

If you have questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Dawn Brannman at the parish office.
